If you have a specific goal then you need to have a specific plan to follow, walking around the gym wondering what to do next is not going to get you the results you are looking for.  Or if you’ve been dieting on and off for years and want to understand how to lose weight and keep it off.  I can give you that advice you are looking for.  I will give you a plan to follow that will give you structure, support and guidance, not just on my hourly session but daily throughout the week.  I will give you guidance on what foods to eat and why that will work along side your training to get you where you want to be.

We all have to start somewhere and this is where I can make the difference.  In our initial consultation I will get to know you, your personal goals, any medical history and any information that may be relevant to help you on your journey.  In our first couple of gym sessions I will look to find out your strengths and weaknesses and this will help me create your initial training plan, over the sessions I will adapt your training as you progress, to help keep you motivated and on track.
