This is something that I hear frequently, ladies do not be afraid of training with weights, it is not going to make you look manly, in fact the exact opposite, training with weights will help give you a far more femine shape!
I too thought the same way and relied upon cardio to keep my weight under control, but I was struggling to achieve the tightness and shape I had longed for! Fast forward 4 years and I do very little cardio, I train with weights 5 times a week in order to build muscle, giving my body a more feminine and strong healthy look!
